1. "Find My EPC" is a subsidiary of The H.I.P. Provider

We reserve the right to revise or withdraw any of the services provided by us without notice.

3. Hosting your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or other report.

A legally binding contract to host your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or other report will be formed upon payment of the relevant fees.

4. Price and Payments

Amounts charged for our hosting website are payable upon demand and failure to pay as required could/will result in the service being withdrawn. Amounts chargeable will be agreed via email beforehand.

5. Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations will incur an administration fee of £5+ VAT, any monies remaining will refunded after 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or cease an order for the hosting of your energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or other reports.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. The accuracy of information you upload to the website

You must ensure that all the information provided by you is factual, correct, accurate, complete and valid.

7. The accuracy of information we obtain from third parties

The documentation included on this website may be obtained from third parties. "Find My EPC" can not be accountable or held liable for incorrect information uploaded by a third party.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights pertaining to this website belong to The H.I.P. Provider.

These terms and conditions and any Contracts entered into through this site are by English law.
